I want to ask Inkshares staff what the restrictions are on syndicate voting since technically no one can order their own book. Does Inkshares have a way of excluding that member’s vote from the overall syndicate vote to balance out?
It’s called ’unbound’ and uses crowdfunding like inkshares, but the huge difference is the publishing team choose who they think is good enough, before letting the public make up their mind. It sort of defeats the purpose of crowdfunding to me.
I find inkshares is the real deal, because they truly let the people decide. What makes it even worse, is the man who published my first book that did really really well, now works for this company. I simply do not understand publishers.
