Pyschokinesists/Telekinesists:
A Tribe with the ability to move anyone and anything with their minds. Their career field is construction. A year after saving the world from the mysterious Global Cataclysm, they built the walls to surround the Thirteen Colonel States.
The citizens of Nova Vega was informed that the walls were built to keep those who had no powers out, under the belief that they would invade their country. In response, the Morphers would shot the invaders in plain sight.
As construction workers, the Telekinesists created houses for only the middle and upper classes. Those of the lower class ended up exiled from Nova Vega.
Telepaths:
A Tribe with the ability to read the minds of individuals and a special branch of law enforcement. On duty, they specialize in reading apprehended criminals’ minds to find out whether or not they have been telling the truth about their criminal acts.
The educational system installed the anti-Telepath field in every classroom to prevent students with telepathy from copying off other students’ works despite knowing how to handle that power with responsibility. The anti-Telepath field was conceived in 2134 after student by the name of Bart Parker, who claimed to have had no control over his telepathy, was caught using telepathy in class. The Nova Vegan Board of Education didn’t believe him, even though they weren’t Telepaths themselves. Whether he was telling the truth or not, the Board had him expelled and created the anti-Telepath field.
The development of the anti-Telepath field lasted for four years, which was five months before Kent Bernard was born. After his expulsion, Parker disappeared without a trace. The government claimed he committed suicide out of guilt and through hanging. The only evidence was a suicide note. His parents refused to believe it. They were Telepaths themselves and claimed that the Nova Vegan Government lied.
One day, they infiltrated the House of the Nova Vegan Government and interrogated late Nova Vegan President Caius Mussolitler in attempt to get the truth out. Refusing to confess anything, he had them placed under arrest for what he led the country to believe to be the attempt assassination of the Nova Vegan President.
Parents and grandparents were placed in prison either until they submitted to the government’s demands, or be executed via hanging if they resisted the demands. Parker’s parents were among those who resisted these demands and died protecting their son’s honor.

Time Travelers:
This Tribe was the same way in gathering information for educational purposes as Dimensional Travelers. The difference is they travel to another time period, gathering information to uncover which information was true according to research and which was not true due to historical flaws.
But not everyone accepted the truth about history lightly, and some stuck to the information that they believe to be part of history. Overseeing the Nova Vegans’ disapproval and out of fear that the Time Travelers could disrupt the timeline, the government decided to lock them away in 2021 for its country’s protection.
Noticing how unsatisfied some of the citizens were, they decided to have them executed. Only four Time Travelers, two men and two women, escaped their execution before the next day. The execution was the firing squad. Time travel was the second power that was condemned as heresy in 2023.
