Flyers:

A Tribe with the ability to fly to different parts of the world, but only in Nova Vega. Before flight, they sprout wings from their backs.

Its job description- construction and law enforcement.

For students, flight helps them get to school on time whenever they’re close to tardy or absence.

Element Manipulators:

A Tribe who can conjure up weapons from any part of nature and the mixture of rocks and minerals. Primarily, they use that power to make guns, swords, and knifes for law enforcement.

Children who have that power can only make toy weapons. Preteens and teenagers can make both toy weapons and actual weapons. But when they reach the age of 21 years, the Element Manipulators can no longer make toy weapons and always make actual weapons.

They can also dismantle weapons with the same powers they were conjured from. That can prevent criminals from taking weapons from law enforcement.

Animators:

A Tribe with the ability to create living things out of anything, except for corpses since they’re immune to their power. They are mostly entertainers, whether in educational shows, action movies, stand-up comedy, or soap opera. At other times, there were some of the Animators that are considered back-up for law enforcement. While in that department, the Animators can make super soldiers out of metal and iron.

Immortals:

A Tribe that stops aging after reaching 16 to 30 years and live forever. They can do anything and everything career-wise. According to rumors going on in Nova Vega, they are God’s selected people, who were so loyal and faithful to him that he granted them eternal life. There was a claim that they’ll remain alive until the end of the world, or keep their bodies after that when they go into Heaven.

But in 2017, the Nova Vegan Government labelled the Immortal Tribe as witches and warlocks, and condemned them as blasphemers and heretics, making society believe that their immortality came from the Devil, sparks of the Coming of the Antichrist. Some of the Immortals that were arrested were executed via lethal poison, while the rest of the Tribe was banished from the rest of the country.

Seers:

They are a Tribe of fortune-tellers that can determine the future for all of the Nova Vegan citizens. If an individual’s future is not in Nova Vega, nor have a future of any kind, they are banished from the country for good. But there were times where the people of Nova Vega tried to prove the system wrong, even with the belief that only God is capable of predicting the infallible future.

But in 2066, there was a protest against the Seers, and after three years, which the protest was doomed to failure, most of the citizens were cast out of Nova Vega. Some were shot in sight, while the rest fled in fear.

The ones that came back from the dead after the shooting were killed a year later, leading to the events of the Returner Manhunt. The Returners were condemned as heretics and criminals for protecting those that the Seers believe to have no purpose in life and were labelled a threat to that Tribe. From that point on, the Seer Tribe was labeled legal to Nova Vega.
