I’m a college student who recently published my first poetry collection, Bloom. Through sharing my experiences with trauma, I hope to bring comfort, validation, and attention to survivors who have long been silenced by stigmatization.
Bloom is an impassioned collection of haiku, prose, and free-verse poems which elucidates natural phenomena and documents a teenager’s journey through abuse, sexual assault, and depression. Bloom promotes healing in survivors’ souls.
