It is a little finicky - and books won’t show up until they have at least three followers.

Hey @Thad do we moderators have the power to delete comments? Asking for spam reasons.

Hi @Thaddeus Woodman I’m using version 11. Other browsers are fine, at least Chrome is - I don’t have any others installed. Thanks for looking into it.

Hi @Peter, thanks for the heads up. I’m having some trouble replicating this one.  Which version of IE are you using? Do you still have the problem in another browser?

Except for the actual search field. I type in one or two letters and it freezes. Then when I click on the field to continue entering info, it throws me back to the previous page.

It looks like the Explorer issue has been fixed. Thanks guys!

Hi. I usually Explorer (if I need to use a Korean website this browser works best here) and have found that the search screen pops up on whatever button I click on - ideas, write, dashboard, browse books etc. On top of this when I click on ’search’ the screen pops up and covers the search field so I can’t type anything in. The fix for me is easy (I just switched browsers) but for those unfamiliar with Inkshares it might be awkward.

@Craig Munro great point! we’re going to consolidate these soon to a single ’browse’ or ’discover’ page where you can choose from several browsing options.

Small point - we now have the Read button, the Brows Books button and the search bar that all do the same thing(with the search bar doing it much better). Are all three necessary? Having the old search bar stay as it was, and the new search function replace both of those buttons (keeping the name of one) seems like it would be the best of both worlds.

I have updated my Reader’s Guide. And I agree, the new search function is a huge improvement.

We’ve just added a new and improved book search. Simply click into the search area and out pops a nifty search screen, where you can filter by genre, project status and sort by recency and popularity

Eager to know what people think!

Users, collections, contests forums, etc will be searchable soon!
