Good shout.  bit.ly/witherfist is now a thing!

@Steven Barrie @J. Graham-Jones I started using a bit.ly link everywhere I post about my book, as it offers some limited information about who is clicking it and where they clicked it. Plus you can customize the link. See: bit.ly/faechild

I’ve been wondering the same thing. My "Where Visitors Come From" section hasn’t ever shown any data, but people are obviously going to my page to pre-order or to follow the page.

I’d also like to know how to get this section to show data.

Oh no wait I see what you mean. I have a blank that says "no data" too.

So there’s no way to know where people are coming from when they click a link to my page? I have a referrals pie chart at the bottom...?

I think that’s he referrals section? So if no one has used a Twitter or email recommendation to buy your book, it will be empty.

In my dashboard there’s a spot in the overview statistics titled "Where Visitors Come From" and it is completely empty. Is this a problem just with my book, or is this site wide and something that’s being worked on?

I’d really like to know where my crowdfunding efforts are being most useful. :)
