With the help of @Christopher Huang we identified the issue.  The 'pitch' Christopher was referring to is actually an "Idea" which is the first stage of a book on Inkshares – 20 word description and title of a book.

The problem occurs when a user has previously signed up, but submits an idea when they are logged out.  Our system assumes the user is new and prompts the user for their email.  If they have already signed up our system will not let them use their previous email, so it won't let them claim their new project.

We'll work on a fix for this. In the mean time, if you encounter this issue you can email me at thad 'at' inkshares 'dot' com and I'll help you get it sorted out.

Hi @Christopher, apologies for the delay here.  I'm happy to help with this. Can you email me a screen shot and link of the page where you are seeing this issue: thad 'at' inkshares 'dot' com.

I'll follow up publicly on this thread once I figure out what's going on.

Help! I finally got around to putting out my pitch, and then it wound up under the name of "Remy Manhattan". What happened, and how do I get rid of "his" pitch?
