If you highlight a bit of text, you get a menu that allows you to make it bold, italic, or underlined ... or turn it into a hyperlink. The last option on that menu is to embed a picture, which obviously doesn’t affect the text that you just highlighted.

Can anyone (not just Inkshares support) enlighten me - how do I add a picture/embeds html commands (such as hyperlink) to a readers update?

Would simple html work or would they see jibrish?

Also Inkshare tech team: isn’t it time to add a "preview" option to updates to readers?

Thanks
