@Joseph Phelps - that is a basic "mailto:" link - it requires you to have an app on your computer configured as a default email app. If you don’t that could explain the behaviour.

So that link to contact inkshares doesnt seem to work. When I click it, it does nothing, and if I attempt to open it in a new tab, the new tab is blank.  I inserted the address as a contact in Gmail, and that seems to have sent.  Am I doing it wrong by just trying to click on the link?

Hrm. So I posed this question here 11 days ago — It’s actually been 18 days since I posted some support questions on these forums  — and I still haven’t had any response from Inkshares.
@C. Brennecke : I did as you suggested and emailed hello@inkshares.com 8 days ago, but haven’t even had an automated / pro-forma response.

Lovely Inkshares peeps - I know you’re busy and that’s ok. But perhaps you could let us know that you are still kicking?

Thanks @C. Brennecke . One of my issues  is something I may need to email them about, the others are more broad. The reason I raised this question was because I have two support posts in this forum that have been there for 8 days without a response from Inkshares.

If you have an issue specific to your account/campaign, the best course of action is to send an email to Inkshares at hello@inkshares.com

If it’s something broader, search the forum and the FAQ to see if it’s been addressed already, then if not you can create a new topic and hopefully someone will answer. The Inkshares staff is very small and incredibly busy right now, so sometimes things get missed. If you need to, give your topic a bump by using the at symbol, as you’ve already done. :)

I just wanted to confirm this forum is the correct place to raise issues / seek help. It seems to be looking at the website, but it doesn’t seem very active - I know I’ve had some posts up for 5 days with no response (I don’t know if there has been a public holiday in the US?).
