This has been an amazing experience!!! I went to South Korea and saw a bookstore full of people picking up books, sitting down and just reading them. The idea that people are so hungry for knowledge, that they are so driven to consume words, that this is such a driving force as to compel them to spend their lunch breaks devouring new ones... I feel as though I have been reborn, and now it is more important than ever to get our stories to the fore!

Hi! Things have been progressing marvelously! I am happily in South Korea meeting my nephew for the very first time. He’s SUPER CUTE!!! At 7 months, he looks like a 1 year old, and he took a nap on my belly and everything!
Okay, unbelievable cuteness aside (he’s wearing an alligator onesie!), things are progressing quite nicely. I’m in communication with some folks from a radio station back home about getting some air time (potentially an interview, in which I’ll mention InkShares so that all of us here get some extra views!). In San Francisco, I did a couple of Open Mics, which worked okay but weren’t really an advertising source. I’m arranging to do proper book readings at local cafe’s and bookstores, which is super exciting!!
Finally, and thank you for staying tuned, I’ve redone my page and SOON WE WILL REACH THE 50 PREORDER RAFFLE!!! Everyone who’s pre-ordered a book, in any form, will be eligible to win!

I finally got the Monday Short Story out to everyone who pre-ordered (If it didn’t work, let me know!).
The weekend was hugely successfully! I had 7 sales, and I feel like I’m on a roll!!! I have very high hopes of success, and I’m headed to South Korea to meet my nephew for the very fist time ever. I’ll be mailing bookmarks to some of my very best friends in the hopes that they will help me out while I am away, and I’ll be sending out emails to bookstores to arrange readings. Hopefully, the first of these will happen the very minute I get back!!

Good morning, all! Tomorrow at, I dunno, 8 pm, I’ll be sending out a new short story to everyone who’s ordered the book. It’s super cute and I hope y’all like it! OH!!! Freehand painting a mug with a stencil and general awesomeness can’t be all that hard, right?
