This author is adept at creating interesting characters that live in a fascinating world... Love the fantasy genre and can't wait to read more.

Happy New Year everyone! Thank you again for all your support, from me, my better half, and my cover model - George.

Cute novel !!
Hello everyone!

I hope you all has had a fantastic holiday season so far! You have certainly contributed to making mine unbelievable!

113 pre-orders and 75 Readers!!!That means we are now up to 4th place in the Sword and Laser contest! We’re nearly there!

I can’t thank all of you enough for the support you’ve shown so far. My wife Margo, my sister Laura, and my old friend Cyril deserve special thanks! All three of them have gone above and beyond in helping promote my book. Again, THANK YOU! … and yes I’m still thanking them despite their insistence that I eat Brussel sprouts for each pre-order!

There’s still  over two weeks in this contest, and a ways to push; I have to ask a little more of you all – If you haven’t pre-ordered, please do so! If you have, please find someone else to pitch in!

I am extremely grateful to all of you!!! Thank you, Merci, Gracias, 고맙습니다, Cheers!!!

Living it so far!

I’m probably not due for a reader update just yet, but I wanted to take a quick minute of everyone’s time to THANK YOU ALL!!!

The Review-a-Thon on Saturday was fantastic! I read some great books (bought as many as I could afford… there is so much talent on Inkshares!) I also got a load of great reviews: Thank you Alan Tucker (The Devil You Know), Brian Guthrie (Rise), Alex Bittner (Daughter of the Mara), Julian Green & Finn Mcrae (Suffrage – The First World Key), Margo Munro, Stephen Carignan (The Sleeping Man), Janna Grace (The Talkers Are Talking), Michael Valdez (Blurred Weaponry), and Shawn Davy! I was also the lucky winner of the Sword and Laser package – Print copies of all 6 books from the first S&W contest (can’t wait to get my hands on these books!).

Thank you again to the amazing A.C. Weston for putting together the event! Everyone should check out her book (She is the End). Trust me - you’ll thank me!

I also wanted to thank everyone who bought/shared/recommended my book for their incredible support and generosity!

Love what I have read so far!!  Keep it coming

Soooo… change of plan! After getting so many shares on Facebook and having so many phenomenal people spreading the word about my book today, I decided… Why wait?!

Funding started!!! Now to get 750 presales!

So first rule is you are only allowed to buy up to 10 copies of the book each. So those of you who were hoping to build a Bones-of-the-Past fort or doghouse are out of luck. :P

On the bright side, getting a copy of the book in e-book format can be free and it still counts for me! Prices start at 10USD for the eBook, and you get 5USD credit when you sign up on the site, and another 5USD when you first recommend a book (on Inkshares, Twitter or Facebook) or post a review (at the bottom of the page after reading a full chapter). Credits will be delivered to your email address within a few minutes. If someone buys a book from your Twitter or Facebook recommendation you get another 10USD credit! Perfect to help out any one of the many other great books being funded on the site.

For those who would prefer a physical book, prices start at 20USD for a book + eBook. Bear in mind there are shipping fees for those of you who don’t live in the US - 15USD per order (so you might as well pick up a few to make the shipping worth it!).

Chapters 3 and 4 are now up as well. Since all four chapters are the intros to the respective characters, feel free to read them in any order.

Thank you all for the support!!!

Less than a week in and already 32 followers!

I’ve had some great positive feedback, and some equally great constructive criticism so far –Thank you! Edits are incoming based on that feedback. I hope to continue building and improving my project with the benefit of your input before launching the funding phase, likely early in the new year… So long as I can keep fighting the urge to throw my hat into the Sword and Laser contest anyway!

Thank you all for reading, and don’t forget to join in on next week’s REVIEW-A-THON!
