Dimension engines at full, gate is open, Temporal Embassy is here:

As an Advocate for the Art of Adaptability, I have often found it odd that when a problem occurs the symptoms draw the most attention rather than the cause. More over, the symptoms are revered. Perhaps it’s due to focusing on the detail, the minutia, rather than the totality.  Consider that fantasy is part of the totality of health and wellness, the inspiration and perception of reality we choose to form emotional memories. The other two parts are physical and nutritional, the mistake is made that these are separate, they are not, they are links in a chain that bind the emotional and the physical into optimal health of a being. This is why the Aspect Avatar and Evoke Glyphs are so important in this prescription as the Torqueblades are nothing without these principles.

Here is one of the exercise prescribed by the Uniter and can actually be practised as it is based on the sound principles of progression and functionality for adaptable fitness training. Edges out, Say sharp!

Evoke Glyphs – What are they?

In the story I use evoke glyphs as a learning tool for our characters. An evoke glyph is an emblem that represents a physical movement, letter, or word. In reality I also use evoke glyphs. When a participant embarks on an exercise prescription they use the evoke glyph to focus the feeling they experience with the name of the exercise. The reason for this is that they can use the learning tool to replay that feeling later in the evening prior to going to bed to maximize their memory retention.  Thinking about the exercise allows a participant to optimize their natural learning ability.

The evoke glyph can also be used hen training to minimise any unwanted inner dialogue simply by focusing on the glyph itself.

 Veho – What are they?

The name Veho comes from the Latin that means Rider. In my story it is a name that describes the entities that were taught by the original Rider/Veho from a proto human that learned to discorporate and inhabit another. The Veho may invite other humans into their group providing they have the right stuff. Veho are really energy, neither good nor bad, as they are not encumbered by such concepts. They do have their goals for humanity and in this particular case the goals are “Blind Obedience to Order,” and “Adaptability to Chaos.”  More than this, the Veho represent the concept of an idea, once an idea has been thought and shared it may be infectious and take root to be spread again when shared. The Veho manifest their Avatar within their host. Not all Avatars are host to Veho, they may be able to manifest a change but do not have eons of knowledge and may not be able to discorporate.

Realistically, a thought can actually change the way that you feel and then change the way you behave and perceive reality. A thought can actually change your physiology, (not to the extremes as in the story but it’s a good metaphor).

Now, this concept is not new, in fact it is used in many types of activities from holistic healing, psychology to theological practises. However, I prefer to use cognitive behavioural concepts coupled with the understanding of emotional memory formation and anaerobic threshold training, to aide in a lifestyle change, in short the fusion of fantasy and fitness or Torqueblade.com

My title cover is now complete and I am happy to share Kyle Pendleton Art work. Well done Kyle, its a privilege to be your using art work. Kyle is a very good friend of mine who is a fantastic artist.

So, this is where I am, I have finished the book. I have re-read it, twice, keep finding spelling errors, but hey thats why I need an editor. I have sent out several samples to friends and have had good feed back. The concept of the book is such that it allows my fitness participants an opportunity to invent a training persona, on that they can develop, emotionally and physically. Mind you, I had one chap asks me if he could develop a villain to train as. I asked him if he thought that that persona would allow him to succeed in everyday life or would it hinder his lifestyle. He seemed retrospective for a short time, then said, "Yeah, I guess not." On another occasion I had a client say to me, "This Aspect Avatar, its like cosplay right?" I replied, "In a manner yes, more cognitive behaviour concepts but very similar. Why?" My client replied, "Well what if my Avatar does not want to follow your advice for fitness conditioning?" I replied, "Then why would your Avatar want to come to a lesson that teaches functional fitness and wellness principles? But its up to you, I guess?  Your Avatar would just sit and watch I reckon."
