Dear Readers and Friends:
I hope you’re having a good summer (or winter, for my readers on the other side of the globe).
UPDATE:
Inkshares has decided to change the publication date of my book, "Nowhere Else I Want to Be: A Memoir."
The book will publish on January 10, 2017 (instead of in November 2016). Inkshares tells me they can highlight the book better by bringing it out during a less busy season. It will be the first book they publish in 2017.
Your books will begin to ship in early- to mid-December.
The official book launch will be at Potter’s House in Washington, DC on Saturday, January 14, at 1:00pm.
And don’t forget you can pre-order the book now on Amazon as well as through Inkshares.
Be well --- Carol
Dear Readers and Friends:
Hello, Readerly friends!
News for Nowhere Else I Want to Be:
I’m really honored to have received this lovely endorsement from Killian Noe, one of the founders of Samaritan Inns in Washington, DC, and now Founding Director of Recovery Cafe in Seattle, Washington.
"Carol’s memoir deepens the readers understanding of the complexities faced by women suffering from homelessness, AIDS and trauma. Her storytelling is vivid and compelling. One cannot enter into the stories she shares without being changed. I could not put "Nowhere Else I want to Be" down."
Peace,
Carol
Dear Readers:
