Synopsis:

When the infamous Sunday Killer makes a come-back three years after his first murder, the city of New York plunges into fearful chaos. Detective Jim Neumann jumps back into the case with hope that it will help him redeem the grim past he left behind in Dallas.

Poems left with each murder unravel a complex puzzle. Jim tries to piece it back together with the help of his new assistant, James Cane, with whom he develops a complicated relationship, when rising evidence starts pointing back at him.

With a history of mental illness, Jim Neumann goes down a dark path trying to uncover whether he is an amnesic serial killer. James Cane is an ex-psychologist sent to profile him. His ward, Jason, is a an unstable teenager who believes the Sunday Killer has a plan for him.
