In a world much like ours, war is a constant that always cleans its face every now and then under different names, only to resurface to adapt to the whims of those profitting from the misery it causes. A Cold War has ended later than expected, with nations under great pressure from internal rebellions and revolutions and external influence from the proliferation of mercenary groups and terrorism. It´s a pendulum that never seems to lose power... with a malicious hand giving it a push every now and then.

WVIS is the story of Czesch, a boy cursed through his actions and deeds, trying to lead his life through such an endless torrent of bloodshed to find his place in the world. It´s a story about understanding a world that is alien to the outsider´s eyes, about the issues of a "peaceful" world from the perspective of someone who gets paid to protect it, about dealing with a past that threatens to break an unyeilding mind... mostly, it´s about this Kid stumbling his way through life, tripping and chuckling his way to a better tomorrow.

He´ll meet all manners of personalities, face adversities out of the reach of a pistol, find comfort and pride in hypocritial thoughts and chivalrous deeds, play music without his rotten heart on the keys, dance around while crushing someone´s knee, snark his way through an uncomfortable conversation, cry over his powerlessness against the eldritch abomination in control of his fate... wait, that last one didnt sound right at all.

In summary, it´s a long story that might get a laugh, probably a tear or two and a weird aftertaste that will leave the reader wondering: "Was he in his right mind when he wrote it?"

To clarify... yeah, I... guess I was. Somehow.
