Hey everyone!

First off, I just wanted to thank you for adding Vinton Chronicles Book 1 to your list! I know some of you may have done it out of obligation to start utilizing the Inkshares platform, but since that was something I did when I first signed up, I hold no ill will towards that! However, now that I have your attention, I would like to let you know I’ve begun selling pre-orders of my book! This is actually my second attempt on Inkshares to get this published, the first falling short over a year ago. This time around I’m trying to reach out to more of the Inkshares community, seeing what support I can gather here before pestering my loved ones to give the pre-orders a try.

The book is set in my super hero universe (a name is pending!) and is centered around a group of teen heroes. While it sounds cliche, the heart and soul of the book falls on the relationship between the group of four boys, Jet, Alan, Hunter and Siege, who unite to try and stop a gang war in the city. The twist or crinkle that differentiates it from countless other super hero fiction, is that Jet, who is an experienced super hero with no social skills, develops a big crush on Alan’s classmate. Alan, who in turn has super powers but zero experience in using them, agrees to help Jet develop a set of social skills so Jet can try dating the classmate, while Jet trains him to use his super powers.

I believe the super hero genre can and should be fun, and that is what I set out to do in my opening book! I wouldn’t ask you to take my story at face value, while a sample is available on Inkshares, you can also go on Inkitt and read the story in its entirety! If you like the book so much and want to pre-order it here, please do! Or you can give it a read and pre-order on Inkitt after reading it here: https://www.inkitt.com/stories/action/22463/chapters/1?preview=true. (Copy and paste the link to enjoy!)

Whatever you decide to do, read it and love it or hate it, or ignore me, thanks for taking the time to read this ramble and know that I am grateful for anyone who gives this writer a small chance to try and get out there.

We have hit the one-ninth point of the campaign! That's kind of a weird milestone, but my point is that 10 days have passed and we have hit 30 pre-orders! If this is the course we're going on, then we're going to hit the goal of 250 easily. However, I'm going to keep pushing so we can gain even more momentum and blast past that 250 in no time!

If you haven't yet, remember to pre-order here! --http://bit.ly/1nsjihD
