I think the excerpt of this one is as exciting as the second one

Great book

The story opens with action letting me know the main character is a doer, the kind of person who get things done. I admire that in a character. I do not care for wimpy characters. I think it's great the writer created such an unusual heroine, a mom. Usually the only place moms are heroes is on Lifetime television. I haven't read a story of a heroine mom yet, usually if she is in the story she is a creature of horror or a terrible person or so unbelievable good or have no interest outside her husband and kids. I like this story portraying real women..
