I, having just lately heard of the Blair Witch remake and the Crypt TV contest, think I will ad a pre chapter to the list. A disappearance at Bear Lake.
With contests you need to get your lure out there in the front to get readers because if it starts slow and then gets better they will never know because all they see is the first bit. So now to write an interesting chapter and start this project.
chapter 1 - valedictorian taunting a vampire’s ghoul.
chapter 2 - who I am. what I do and Little Debbi
chapter 3 - What they saw under the full moon - drug dealer seen from the highway. Chuck the vagrant.
chapter 4 - the Windsor Witch house. behind the rows.
chapter 5 - Protests and the Haunted Lodge
chapter 6 - Druidic highway patrol. Dracula’s own.
chapter 7 - Brewmaster’s wife
That should keep me writing for while. Doesn’t sound like it will be a long book at this point but those are easier sells anyway.
