The science fiction comedy follows the wild adventures of the Engineering and Maintenance crew serving onboard the Spaceship, Tantra. After an asteroid strike destroys the pilot’s deck of the Tantra leaving the two friends waylaid in the backwards Thurman Solar System, Ig, a red-headed lanky Irish human mechanic, and his friend, Oook, a brownish-green skinned, portly, three eyed alien engineer, set out on a series of adventures together in an effort to fix their beloved spacecraft and return to the safety of their home system. The two beings, together, will free slaves, battle aliens never dreamed of before, and confront the crushing absurd reality of the Distant Future, yet to come.
