The Last Gamer

CHAPTER 1: The Awakening

In a world where Gamers have been exiled and no one is allowed to show or express any emotion. There is a prophecy no more than 50 years old that tells of a young boy who will be born and free the world of Oppression and bring back the age of the gamers.

Tristan wakes up and he goes to the bathroom to wash his face. Exiting from the bathroom he has to the kitchen for breakfast. Sitting at the table is his sister his mom and his dad. Tristan Greek them sit down and begins to speak to his family. He tells his parents that he had a weird dream last night. They asked what was the dream about and he starts telling them that he saw a group of men, women, and children screaming and crying as if they are suffering. At that moment his parents look at each other and start whispering. They tell his sister Grace to go to her room for a little while. They then began to tell him of a story that has been passed down for 50 years. A story of a boy who will one day bring back the age of the Gamer.

They then realize that if he is having visions of the gamers who have been trapped inside the exiled Dimension. Then they realize that if Kristen is having visions of the gamers then more than likely the one who has put them there is having visions of his existence. They began to tell Tristan of their past and how before the time of the disciplined civilization used to be a world full of love, wonder, and adventure but along with this came late, obscurity, and destruction. So the head Justice of the group known as the committee X Out the group known as The Gamers Homeward group of scientists, adventures, and free-thinking people. When this happened there was no one to encourage the people’s right to be themselves and therefore the civilization of the disciplined was born. The parents then pull out one of the kitchen cabinet sales which shows a hidden compartment in the cabinet. The mother gives trust in a scroll and tells him to take the car that is in the back garage and head to his uncle’s house next to the willow tree. She yells at him to go! He gives his mother a kiss, is that a hug, and then head out for the garage. As he enters the car and drives off he looks in the rearview mirror to see that the house is Ablaze. Tristan at this moment knows that his life will never be the same and that this is just the start of a long journey.

A stressed and pulls up to his uncle’s house next to the willow tree he realizes that more than likely his parents are either dead or have been captured by the committee of discipline. He then gets out of the car and knocks on his uncle’s door. His uncle open the door and says I have been waiting for you. Tristan into the house and sees a lot of books scientific measuring tools and asks his uncle what he has been doing. The uncle tells Tristan that he  has been preparing for what is to come from the moment Tristan was born. Tristan asks why and he tells Tristan that you are the one to bring back the one, you are the key to this world’s oppression. He then grabs Tristan right wrist raises it in the air and a symbol appears. He then tells Tristan you are the Last Gamer.
