ABOUT THE STORY

Everyone in Peer’s town knows the Viljem family story. His mother, Kela, took ill helping him in the field. His father blamed Peer for Kela’s death and abandoned him to the family farm. When strangers pass through town asking for help on a dangerous adventure, Peer seeks to find purpose in helping their authoritative, if familiar, leader.

All is not how it seems. Peer begins to realize that, once again, a father-figure may have lied to him. He must determine the reality of the mission he’s become a part of and learn what it means to live for one’s self.
