The Great Rift promises to be a great read. Each word is chosen with care, which has the effect of not only creating the world the reader is immediately engrossed in, but the tone of the piece as well. Like bands that have a unique sound, Zweier has a unique voice which gently pulls you into the next paragraph... and the next, and the next. It is refreshing to see new work of such high quality in the world.
