Hello, my name is Gavin, but you can call me Skelly. Today, I will be telling you some stories about my friends, and family; but first, let me do a quick introduction.
My name is Gavin A. Sylvestre, I was born in the state of Colorado in the year 1923, the current year is 2005 and I haven’t aged a bit. I may look like an 18 year old boy, but I’m actually an 82 year old man. I know that may seem odd to you (and it is), but there’s a perfectly logical explanation for that, which I won’t get into right now. I am currently in my house sitting at the dining table, somewhere on the coast of Copenhagen, Denmark. The stories that I’m going to tell you today really happened; I was there for most of them. Some of the people in these stories are friends, and others are family. These stories may not sound true to you, and they certainly wouldn’t sound true to me if I were still human; but I’m not. I’m not human. Not anymore. Seeing is not believing; believing is seeing, and no matter how much you don’t understand that, it’s true.
