Saraphina is about a sixteen year old girl whose life is totally changed on her sixteenth birthday. Saraphina learns that the world isn’t exactly what she always thought it was. There are other species other than humans living in Arlington. She learns of its history and the history of Dragon Warriors and what they are. Just as she and her little sister Daniella start being comfortable in their new routine danger comes crawling towards their hometown, Violetcrest. The only one that seems to not only be able to save and protect Violetcrest and care for what happens to the village is Saraphina, Daniella and Tulak. She learns that she is the key to keeping the peace between countries and the species walking on the same earth as her. Who is Tulak? What is the danger that Violetcrest faces? To find out you must read the book and pre-order it.

This book means a lot to me because its the first one that I ever typed onto the computer and actually wrote the ending down. It proves to me that I can write a book or story and finish it. That I can do things that I would like to do but never thought I would actually do. Saraphina is the first in a series of five books that I plan on writing.

By pre-ordering this book you are helping me reach my goals of becoming a published author and a history teacher. I am in the process of writing a story with mythical historical events, I like myths and the creatures that come along with them. I thank you in advance for reading parts of my book and possibly pre-ordering it. Besides you do so and you have access to drafts and updates from me the author. I find that pretty cool.

I’ll give you a bit of info about myself. I recently graduated from high school. I had to go to adult school for one course in order to gain my high school diploma. I now have it and am awaiting for an answer from some colleges I applied to in February. My fingers are crossed, I should get an answer soon. I’ll let people know on the answer I receive on my twitter account. I want to be a teacher but also write and sell my books. It includes publishing them. I’m just happy that I finally got it out there.

I hope you like what you read while reading some of Saraphina. Fair warning, Saraphina is not for reading to children. The target audience is teens and young adult.
