Well sorry for the radio silence. A lot has been going on. I changed jobs. Got married and lost my father-in-law to cancer. It’s kinda been a whirlwind lately. Thank you all for sticking with me. I’m quietly working on some revisions. During my time away I got a spark of inspiration that has the story going in a bit of a new direction. I think it will help tie things together better as well as it finally helped me get over my writer’s block for the last part of the story. So hopefully soon I will have some new snippets for you all to enjoy and I’ll finally have the courage to hit the button on allowing pre-orders.
Hey everyone! I wanted to send out an update and apologize for said lack of updates etc. My full-time job has me on an overnight shift that has played havoc with my sleep and my health. But there is a silver lining! I had a meeting with my manager and within the next 30 days I will return to a day shift! Woohoo! Until then I will try to get a bit more updated but it may be slow going. Just wanted to keep you all in the loop. Thanks for not giving up on me!
Hello all! It’s been a rather exciting and busy week for me and due to that I am still working on editing Chapter One. However, I did post a snippet of the edited chapter for you to enjoy. The edited chapter one will see the light of day but it is slow going, for which I apologize. My work has me on an over night shift which I have yet to adjust to and this weekend was a wee bit busy, my boyfriend of 2 1/2 years proposed on Saturday and there were numerous family things to do after that as you can imagine. But! This is the dawning of a new week and more time to chip away at chapter one. As always recommendations, reviews, and general critique are welcome! Hope everyone has a great week!
Greetings all! Well it seems the best laid plans tend to go awry. I had intended on getting the entire chapter one and possibly chapter two edited and uploaded by tonight, but then of course life happened. Namely my car’s alternator going out and having to deal with all that entails. At any rate to tide you all over I have uploaded a snippet of chapter one, unedited, for your reading pleasure. I will continue to work on finishing up the edits to chapter one post haste now that my car is functional again and will post it ASAP. Thanks for tagging along on this story of mine and keep spreading the word, critiquing, and generally just being awesome!

Since I’m so close I thought I’d put out a little incentive. If Reflection can garner 50 followers (or more) by this weekend then I’ll not only post chapter one but I’ll post chapter 2 as well by Sunday! So go forth and spread the word!

I have decided to keep my old snippets up too, for comparison purposes/critiques etc. I’m currently working on rewrites of the first chapter and hope to have that up by next weekend, possibly sooner. So keep your eyes peeled and spread the word, I’m getting closer to campaign mode and I can’t wait to see this story a reality! Thank you to everyone who is following/supporting me so far it means the world to me!
