The killer as the only one who believes there was a victim  is a great premise. But it is hard to imagine how that will flow through  the plot  into "creation of  a new type of therapy". Still, based on what you have  shown here  I'm  willing to bet  your story will  be innovative, well-written and ultimately worth it.  Thanks for sharing this.
