Proxima is an outer space, inter-dimensional, odyssey that separates the Greene family who have been selected to be the settlement crew for Earth’s furthest colony, the planet Proxima B in orbit around the star Proxima Centuri four light years away.

The Family’s Shuttle is malevolently attacked by inter-dimensional beings who have been studying earth for thousands of years and are intent on harvesting a new set of humans for testing. Half of the family, Maya and two of her children, Fisher the eldest and only son and Marina the youngest daughter, are abducted while the other half of the family slides through an inter-dimensional breech only to be stranded on the other side of the universe.

Simon and his eldest daughter Natalie are rescued by two wayward investigators looking into the inter-dimensional beings and their presence in this reality. Stranded but in the company of new and unexpected friends Simon and Natalie find themselves in the middle of an intergalactic war that human ancestors may have began.

Amid the insanity Maya, Fisher and Marina are able to escape and find their way to Simon and Natalie, but will it be in time to put an end to an ageless war which seeks Earth’s obliteration?
