At the end of her freshman year of college, Isla has a last-minute photography project dumped on her...and it’s not just a simple, quick project. As her photography professor deemed it "fun" and "adventurous", no one in the class agreed.
After a string of events that led to Isla’s camera being destroyed, she has to do the next best thing: Use someone else’s photo. Except, when she wanders into an antique store on a rather rainy day, Isla was never prepared to actually be sucked into a photograph of someone’s life.
Especially if that certain someone lived in 1892.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Courtney A. is an aspiring author from a small country town. She has been writing stories since middle school and has not shared any of them until now.
"Never Picture Perfect" was thought of in her freshman year of high school for an English project. Back then, it was just a short story concept with no background, no characters, and no plot. Now, seven years later (with the encouragement from her mom), it has everything a story needs. The only thing that needs to be done is to write it.
