Fascinated by the dance between time and the infinite present, I began writing stories about the same characters playing different roles throughout succeeding lifetimes, which then gave me the idea to spin the stories into one greater story which I would like to share with you.

After reading David Mitchell’s Cloud Atlas and Jack Finney’s Time and Again, I was inspired to explore time in my own way, and plan to make the short stories different facets of a singular love that constantly unfolds yet is ever-present.

Out of this idea sprung the title Persistence of Vision, referring to the optical illusion of motion pictures that creates a reality all its own.
