This isn’t a typical book. It’s equal parts memoir and fiction, poetry and prose. It’s a book that lacks identity because it’s a book about lacking identity. We live in an age full of story, which is awesome and kind of scary. Over the past year or so, I’ve found myself focusing less on story and more on the series of seemingly unrelated moments that I’ve been experiencing throughout my life. Our brains can’t help but to shape our experiences into a story. I wanted to write something that reflects this. And I think I’ve done that. I’m excited to share my work with you. Thanks for sharing a bit of your time with my work.
