LANDFALL: The invasion comes in the form meteors that crash down around the globe. The strange mineral they’re made of uses a kind of telepathy to lure people to investigate. When they reach out and touch the stuff, they are taken over by a form of remote control and their bodies become vessels with which alien overlords begin to decimate the human race. It’s a riff on a specific type of monster -- the body snatcher. Alone, these “conscripts” act as agents of death. They will kill, by any means available, the closest person to them. Get a few conscripts together and they will coordinate their attacks — they’ll build a bomb or hijack a plane. When thousands gather, you’ve got yourself an army hell bent on destroying the rest of the human race.

The four lead characters are: SAMANTHA REED, an FBI agent with a scarred past investigating a terror attack in Boston; CARL WEAVER, a computer hacker who discovers a key element to the unfolding alien plot; RODNEY CLARKE, a young boy holed up in a remote farm house with his faithful dog, Bruce, during the course of the invasion; and OTIS JACKSON, a transient living on the streets of Atlanta who suffers from Schizophrenia and just might be the key to defeating the growing horde of conscripts.

ABOUT ME: I’m an author and screenwriter with a deep passion for genre fiction. I mostly write in the horror, sci-fi, and thriller category. Since I saw JAWS at a very young age, I knew I wanted to tell stories with monsters in them.

Originally from the great state of New Jersey, I attended college at The University of Southern California. My novella RECOVERY was published in 2013 by Kraken Press. I wrote the screenplay for the horror comedy STUNG, and the film premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in April, 2015. It is now available to stream on Netflix. In April 2016, my novella THE COMMUNICATION ROOM was published by Strange Fictions Press. I’m currently working on a sequel to STUNG, as well as many other works in progress.
