vivid depiction of characters and their struggles. Nappier [breathed] new life into the familiar werewolf genre. She mixed traditional lycanthropy legend (markings on the palms of the victims) with new elements (a Navajo healer-turned-werewolf hunter dedicated to killing the werewolf but saving the person). ~Crazedfanboy.com
Full Wolf Moon really stands out among the werewolf books for the way that it's written, the characters and the fast-paced plot that had me guessing until the very last page. I loved the unusual setting of World War 2, which added another exciting dimension to the plot. I was over the moon to realize that the story doesn't end with this book - there are 2 more in the trilogy, which I need to read right away!~ Amazon reader
The thing I liked most about this novel was the werewolf lore. This story went back to the idea that being a werewolf is a curse, not a thrill...[Full Wolf Moon] stays true to the fear of the predator that remains so intimately hidden that it's already too close to lock out. ~Amazon reader
