The factory town isn’t like other towns, but the citizens don’t mind, as they don’t really worry about life outside their tiny berg. There’s too much to worry about inside it.

Such as the fact that only one road in or out of town is ever open. And the fact that strange voices can be heard from the woods at night, often accompanied by an eerie red glow. Or that the town’s children are strange and distant. Or that people who attempt to challenge the status quo mysteriously disappear. Or that a befuddled federal agent, or perhaps just a lone nut, is on a desperate manhunt for a man that might not even exist.

But Wes Berry just wants to be left alone to do his job, pursue the girl of his dreams and get his metal band off the ground. If only he wasn’t being hunted by mysterious forces...
