Loved the book, but some of the name choices for the German characters were not that good. Especially giving the main villain Reikel a feminine given name should be corrected. So change "Waltraud" to Walter or Waldemar.

I too am still awaiting my copy. I got a shipped email a month ago. If I click on the link it still says pending and nothing has come in the mail. It’s pretty disappointing.

I am still waiting for my copy. I received an e-mail from USPS almost a month ago with tracking info but it still states that USPS has only received the pre-shipment info and is still awaiting the item.
