This project is the closest thing I have to "life’s work." I was drawing from the first moment I picked up an implement, but I didn’t begin writing in earnest until high school. I needed an elective, so I tried a creative writing class. I’d reached a certain plateau with drawing and discovered that, with words, I could convey everything I wanted to show.
