In response to a massive oil spill on Massachusetts Bay, the President deploys EO7 – the oil-eating bacterium created by Dr. Peter Petersen or, so they assumed. The bewildering chain reaction that follows creates chaos along the East Coast … and beyond. While Peter and his team rush to find the antidote, his estranged brother, Neils, returns.
