Dante is detailed and imaginative, from a mysteriously ill witch (ahem, warlock) accepting PayPal or check, to hidden voices behind doors. The author gives details on characters and let's them come to life with great dialogue and the reader can almost hear the things which are unsaid. Perhaps the strongest aspect is how much of the world comes across, though hints at what is to come keeps the pages turning. I look forward to reading more!

Dante is a well written story involving modern tools and mystical beings such as shapeshifters, but the real charm falls with Dante--a sick warlock, and his vampire companion: Phineas. It's an intriguing read that collabs modern times with fantasy.

Great writing, just the right touch of humor, and fascinating lore. Dark/Urban Fantasy lovers better check this one out!
