Before, the City was in anarchy. Gang wars, drugs, crime, and murder were rampant. But the Peace, an agreement between the largest crime organizations in the City was brokered, and power was solidly in the gangs’ hands.

Now the Peace is threatened. An assassination gone awry leads Felix and his new partner Caesar, two hit-men, through the City and its outskirts to kill a little girl and destroy what she has before the other gangs, the federal government, and power-hungry organizations can get to her and use the information for themselves and plunge the City into chaos once more.
