BLAME THE GODS asks the questions: What is man willing to do for the one he loves? What is he willing to do to make things right? What is he willing to do for himself…? When a beloved queen is stripped away from her king, taken by death and ushered into her place among the Gods, doom is spelled for any and all who dwell in the kingdoms of Vaenlin. The Lone King sets out on a journey to reclaim his lost love, to steal her away from death itself. But his wishes place every man, woman and child in peril, for the Gods welcome none into their lands save for those they have called upon. There are those who would see him dead, at any cost, and charge men, some of them unafraid of the tales of gods and their power, with making the Lone King see his wrong, or with taking his head.

My name is Daniel Green and I am a rather young(ish) writer who has been hard at work on BLAME THE GODS —a fantasy novel that pits man against himself during a time when his gods rule in silence—and am more than pleased with how it has come together. My time spent writing short-stories (some published), short films (some produced), full-length screenplays and a variety of editorial pieces has been leading up to this project.

The project (two volumes totaling over 321,000 words) has been a three-year undertaking.
