Aarko Dacaan, a former smuggler, was content with his current life as a simple delivery pilot distributing Bio-Engineered Servants throughout the galaxy. Aarko’s life is turned upside down when he is attacked by a band of pirates who steal his cargo. Aarko learns that the cargo stolen was far more crucial than he had realized when he discovers that he had secretly been transporting the daughter of the ruling family of orc homeworld to be married to the son of the elven royal family. Faced with the possibility of incarceration as a scapegoat, Aarko must hunt down the pirates who attacked him, peel back the conspiracy behind the kidnapping, and rescue the orc daughter before the elven and the orcs start a war with each other.

Aarkadaan’s Inception is my first novel, and the first book in a planned trilogy that will chronicle Aarko Dacaan’s transformation into the monster known as Aarkadaan. The book is a culmination of ideas that have been brewing in my mind for many years, that have finally coalesced into a full fledged story. The story has elements of space adventure mixed with political intrigue with an element of crime fiction as well.
