First of all, thanks for looking at A Spy for the King. I wanted this book to look at the American Revolution from a different perspective. Even though I am a proud American, what would the reaction of the king of England been to a people 65 days away by sea, who had more land than the whole kingdom.
On the other hand, America is not the only country with loyalty and patriotism. One girl gets to serve her king and country in a unique way unlike all the nobility girls of her age. What would she see when she arrived in the colonies? Was their plight real or only the result of a mass delusion?
Any honest criticisms or suggestions are welcome!
