This idea came to me while watching the news (this isn't a trend i.e. subconscious). So, to elaborate on the idea... just imagine, you're having breakfast on the couch/kitchen one morning and you switch the TV on. The news is on, and you noticed the reporter standing in front of a burnt house in the same neighborhood as yours. You watch on and catch a glimpse of the neighbor's car parked in the driveway and it looks incredibly similar to your actual neighbor's car. That's because it is your neighbor's car, and the house is yours!

What do you do? freak out? remain calm? pinch yourself? Whatever you did or decide to do would be irrelevant as you catch the date of the news broadcast... exactly 2 weeks in the future.  No one knows how the house caught fire, only that it did as arson detectives would investigate.

So you have 2 weeks to avert this disaster. Do you try and safeguard the house? there are a million things that could go wrong. There's no way to contact the arson squad because it hasn't happened yet. Do you panic? or do you glue yourself to the TV and get the next lot of lotto numbers? :^)

What do you do?
